This includes pre-employment assessment through to periodic ongoing monitoring. The aim is to determine employee exposure to risk and to help with the early identification and remediation of these risks.

Health surveillance medicals are conducted on employment (to get a baseline), at six weeks, again at six months and annually thereafter.
